Frederic Rapp
Frederic Rapp is dedicated to bringing innovation to the dental industry. He graduated with a degree in mechanical engineering in 2003. Two years later, he took over his father’s two man dental lab in France. He has grown the lab to be the third largest in France with 80 people on staff. The lab, CrownCeram is one of the most automated labs in France and is likely one of the most lean operations found anywhere. In 2009, Frederic invested in CAD CAM and has been in the forefront of this technology ever since. In 2013 he began selling IOS devices into dentists offices in both Switzerland and France. Today Frederic enjoys a balance of family, work and travel.

Bob Cohen, CDT
Bob Cohen, CDT has been actively involved in dentistry for many decades. In 1983, Bob co-founded a dental lab in Massachusetts, Advanced Dental Technologies (ADT), which he co-owned for 34 years. Today, ADT is which is best known today for implant supported restorations and esthetic dentistry. In 2010, Bob cofounded Custom Automated Prosthetics (CAP), which provides digital manufacturing solutions to dental laboratories. CAP provides advanced digital training and support, software solutions, automated implant solutions, CAD/CAM equipment and proprietary digital software solutions. CAP became part of Henry Schein / Zahn Dental in 2016.
Bob is passionate about training which he did extensively through CAP Academy and videos. Bob has published several articles on clinical and technical aspects of dentistry, as well as having lectured internationally on many dental and technical related topics. Along with his diversified expert team, Bob has been a beta provider for multiple dental companies and has been involved in product development for decades.

Rob Nazzal
As a high-tech entrepreneur, Rob has commercialized several revolutionary technologies in various industries. Rob became involved with digital dentistry with Brontes technologies which developed an intraoral scanner, later acquired by 3M. Rob and his team developed the digital workflow to enable dental laboratories to produce restorations from the scanner. In 2010, Rob cofounded CAP, which provides digital manufacturing solutions to dental laboratories. CAP became part of Henry Schein / Zahn Dental in 2016. Rob is currently in the process of starting up a software company in the analytics space. He also serves on the board of directors of Lantos Technologies, an ear scanning company for producing custom fit hearing aids and consumer audio products.
Rob has a degree in Computer Science from Cornell University and has an extensive background in creating and commercializing new technologies in several industries including supply chain, residential services, network security and the dental industry.
